Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ideation and execution of campaigns, product launches, and brand assets.
- Translate briefs into clear visual narratives that strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present concepts, storyboards, and final designs to stakeholders, articulating design rationale.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, video, and copy teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel experiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output industry-leading.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in professional graphic design with a portfolio that proves excellence across brand, digital, and print work
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere welcomed, plus comfort with Figma or similar collaboration tools
- Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills with a history of meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Open to graduates from any discipline; a design-related degree is a bonus, but portfolio strength and professional experience matter most
