Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and deploy NLP-driven agents using large-language-model frameworks and prompt-engineering best practices.
- Integrate external APIs, knowledge bases, and vector stores to enrich agent conversations and decision-making.
- Fine-tune foundation models, evaluate performance, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and analytics.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and fail-safe mechanisms to maintain reliability, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with UI, product, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless multi-channel experiences.
- Research emerging techniques in reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool-use orchestration to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript plus experience with at least one ML library such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid grasp of NLP fundamentals, probability, and algorithmic thinking; prior work with LLMs or vector databases is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization workflows.
- Strong debugging, documentation, and version-control habits; Git and CI CD exposure preferred.
