Technical Project Manager

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps and guide multidisciplinary teams from concept to successful release. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define scope, identify risks, and ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget targets. The role demands a balance of analytical thinking, people leadership, and hands-on familiarity with modern software-development practices.

  • Drive full-lifecycle delivery of web and mobile initiatives—from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs, set sprint goals, and align technical solutions with business priorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively mitigate scope, schedule, and resource risks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, QA, design, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (velocity, burndown, budget variances) and provide transparent status reporting.
  • Champion best-practice processes—version control, CI/CD, automated testing, to uphold quality and reliability standards.
  • Mentor junior coordinators and empower team members through feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing technical projects in software, SaaS, or digital-product environments.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Kanban; certifications such as CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • Comfortable with project-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps, and knowledgeable about Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Capable of discussing architecture, APIs, cloud services, and integration challenges with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Open to graduates from any discipline; degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields are valued but not mandatory.
    • 4+ years
