Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble video content for multiple channels (Reels, YouTube, ads, landing pages, internal communications).
- Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional tone to maximize viewer engagement and retention.
- Color-grade, mix audio, and add sound effects/music to create polished final outputs.
- Design light motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams during pre-production on shot lists, storyboards, and style frames.
- Manage and organize multimedia assets, ensuring version control and efficient workflows.
- Optimize exports for various aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform guidelines.
- Stay current with editing techniques, platform trends, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional video editing for social, digital, or advertising campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and working knowledge of After Effects.
- Solid grasp of color correction, audio balancing, and compression best practices.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Strong organizational habits and comfort juggling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; a film, media, or design background is advantageous but not required. ✳️ Portfolio or showreel showcasing recent work is mandatory.
